We created a photo-zine from a selection of many creative mends documented during the Making Mends workshops we hosted in the past three years!
Making Mends Archives Vol.1 contains photos of 33 mending projects, 11 visible mending exercises, and 29 mended leaves from the over eleven Making Mends Workshops we’ve hosted in Japan, the Netherlands and Denmark.
Making Mends Archives Vol.1 was set in Abeezee, a typeface designed by Anja Meiners. The book was designed by Studio A-lot-of-things. All images in the book were made by Studio A-lot-of-things. 30 copies of this edition were printed in July 2026 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, at Print en Bind.
